Tiffany J. Wythe
Tiffany J. Wythe joined the Firm in 2017, after serving as an Assistant Attorney General in Oklahoma, where she was general counsel for various stage agencies. Tiffany advised agencies on compliance with the federal and state labor and employment laws and represented them in actions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In her role as board advisor to several occupational licensing boards and committees, she advised state officials on disciplinary issues regarding regulated professionals.
Tiffany previously served as counsel for the Oklahoma Department of Labor where she handled wage and hour matters in administrative hearings as well as appeals to the state courts, including the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Tiffany was also active in legislative issues, drafting proposed legislation to reform employment and occupational licensing laws and analyzing the impact of newly enacted regulations on regulated entities.
Tiffany represents and advise employers on the state and federal employment law matters including wrongful discharge, workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and failure-to-accomodate.
